A quiet invitation to reconnect with your body — one gentle Sunday at a time.

What is Somatic Sunday?

Somatic Sunday is a monthly space to pause, soften, and slowly return to your body — in ways that honour your nervous system, your pacing, and your needs.

These 60-minute online workshops are designed for autistic and neurodivergent adults who are seeking accessible, body-based ways to support rest, regulation, and reconnection — without pressure, fixing, or overwhelm.
No prior experience is needed. Just curiosity, gentleness, and the willingness to stop pushing for a moment.

Who is it for?

Somatic Sunday is for you if:
-
You’re a late-identified or self-discovering autistic adult
-
You’re navigating burnout, shutdown, or chronic overwhelm
-
You want to reconnect with your body without force or judgement
-
You’re curious about somatics from a neuroaffirming, trauma-aware lens
-
You’re tired of the noise and ready for something softer
You don’t need to be “good at relaxing” — this space is made for those who find that hard.

What to Expect

Each session is thoughtfully paced and sensory-aware.
You’ll be guided through:
-
A gentle arrival and grounding

A themed somatic reflection topic (e.g. wintering, masking, interoception)
-
Body-based practices to support nervous system awareness and regulation
-
Optional sharing or journaling prompts (no pressure to speak)
-
A spacious closing to help you integrate and transition gentle

Closing Words

This space is about quiet reclamation.
About remembering that your body knows what it needs — and that stillness is not failure, but wisdom.
