Autistic Discovery & Me:
A Somatic Self-Exploration Circle
Explore your identity. Connect with others. Feel less alone.
If you’ve recently started questioning whether you might be autistic — or have been late-identified and want space to make sense of it — this group is for you. Autistic Discovery & Me is a unique 8-week online Somatic Self-Exploration Circle created to help late-identified or self-identifying autistic adults explore their experiences in a safe, affirming, and non-pathologising space.
Why Join This Circle?
Discovering or questioning your neurotype can feel exciting, overwhelming, confusing — even isolating. You might be wondering:
-
“Is this really me?”
-
“Why didn’t I see this sooner?”
-
“What does this mean for how I see myself, my past, and my future?”
You don’t have to navigate those questions alone.
In this small, closed group (maximum 6 participants), you’ll:
-
Be part of a supportive, neuro-affirming community
-
Explore your identity in your own time, without pressure
-
Learn from others who are on a similar path
-
Engage in discussions and somatic tools for nervous system support
-
Leave with more clarity, connection, and self-understanding
What We’ll Explore
In our first session, the group will co-create the journey by selecting 6 topics from the following list:
-
Autistic Communication
-
Sensory Experiences
-
Autistic Masking
-
Autistic Burnout
-
Autistic Nervous System & Emotions
-
Imposter Syndrome
-
Ableism & Internalised Ableism
-
Intersectionality
-
Interests, Passions, and Monotropism
-
Autism, Health & Wellness
Each week, we’ll explore one topic through discussion, reflection, and gentle somatic practices to support emotional wellbeing and nervous system regulation. You’ll also receive supportive handouts, worksheets, and audio recordings to deepen your self-exploration between sessions.

A Personal Note from Natasha
As a late-identified autistic person myself, I know what it’s like to crave clarity, community, and validation — and to want space where you can finally let your guard down. I created this group because I believe in the healing power of shared experience, compassionate witnessing, and self-discovery in community.
If this resonates with you, I’d love to welcome you in.
