Breathwork Coaching
One-to-one breathwork coaching sessions are charged at £60 for a 50 minute session. This includes audio recordings, worksheets and a treatment plan.
Parent Support
Parent support sessions are available online, in-person or as a home visit within Peterborough City Centre. The fee is £60 per 50 minute session plus travel for home visits.
Therapeutic Support Groups
Autistic Discovery & Me: Somatic Self-Exploration Circle is priced at £200 for all 8 sessions. Deposit of £50 is required to secure slot.
Emotional Freedom Techniques
One-to-One EFT sessions can be weekly or fortnightly on a short or long term basis. They are priced at £60 per therapeutic hour.
